Can I Book as the "Receiver" of goods?
Yes you can. As you are the person who has completed our booking process, it is very important that you make sure the 'Sender' receives the consignment note email, and fully understand what is required to complete a pickup.

How do I track my All Regions Logistics shipment?
To find out if your package has been delivered, and other tracking information enter your All Regions Logistics consignment or reference number into our online package tracking tool, and we'll get back to you asap
How do I check the estimated transit times for my delivery?
You can find out the estimated transit times for your package delivery by using our transit times application for either Australian destinations or international destinations.
Do I have to be present at the time of pick up?
Someone must be present at the time of pickup. If the driver arrives at the pickup location and either the freight is not ready or there is no one available to sign the consignment, the pickup must then be re-dispatched, and you may be charged a re-delivery fee to cover extra labor and time.
What if my item is over 50kg?
If your item is over 50kg you will need to provide assistance for the driver at the sending and receiving locations. If assistance is not available, you will need to select the Hydraulic tailgate option with an additional charge.
What documents are needed to accompany my shipment?
All All Regions Logistics shipments must be accompanied by a consignment note. All shipments, except documents, that travel outside of Australia must also be accompanied by paperwork such as commercial invoice, Performa invoice or customs declaration. We can guide and help you through the maze of paperwork.
