Booking Procedure

Our Customer Service Department receives bookings either through our booking system, the phone, fax or by email.

Timing

For Same Day Pick Up please advice by one of the above methods by 12:00pm.

All Con Notes should be faxed or email by 2:00pm daily.

Con Note Information

The following information is required in preparation of our Freight Consignment Note when you place your booking:

Name of Shipper

Important to provide detail of the shipper and to be as specific as possible.

Name of Receiver

Important to provide detail of the receiver and to be as specific as possible.

Service Required

Pick tick the appropriate.

Freight Description

The Commodity to be shipped.

Your Ref

Any Reference Nos or Order Nos that may be quoted also greatly assist us with shipments.

Cubic Measurements

This is the length, width and height of the cargo in centimetres. The weight in kilograms is also required.

Dangerous Goods

Cargo that has dangerous or hazardous classification need to be noted. MSDS must travel with goods. Extra charges apply for any DG movements.

Contact Person

Provision of a Contact Person can also greatly help us, to remediate any problems.

Pallet Control

Record any Hire Pallets given and received.

Express Service

Please mark Con Note with "Express" for a faster service. Please note this incurs a 25% extra charge to the General Rate

Note

That the Goods must be fit for Carriage and Storage & have been suitably packaged for those purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Chain of Responsibility Legislation applies to all freight movements.

In the event of any amendment to the bookings, the shipper must inform the All Regions Logistics office and quote the booking number and provide a detailed account of the changes. Failure to provide this information may lead to delays in releasing the shipment by the representative at the freight yard and subsequently delay your shipment.

Provision of a Contact Person can also greatly help us, to unblock any problems.

Finally we would request Telephone / Contact Numbers for ALL personnel involved in your freight process to enable us to provide as smooth a service as possible.
